Returns

• We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only if you provide a clear unboxing video as proof.

• Without an unboxing video from the moment of opening the package, return or refund requests will not be accepted.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Notes

• We do not accept return or refund requests related to sizing, colour differences, or material issues. Please check product details carefully before ordering.

• Slight colour variations may occur due to photography and screen display differences; this will not be considered a valid reason for return.
