          🎥 Unboxing Video Policy

          To ensure a smooth resolution for any product damage, missing items, or return requests:

          📸 An unboxing video is mandatory.

          Please follow these steps:

          1. Start recording before opening the package.

          2. Show the entire packaging, including the shipping label.

          3. Unbox the package in one continuous video with clear visibility of all items.

          4. Send the video along with your order number to [your email address] within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

          ⚠️ Claims made without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
